About this Item
The famous painter, Maynard Dixon, had a home and studio in the little Utah town of Mt. Carmel. It still exists today as part of the Thunderbird Foundation living history museum. Those who have been there will recognize this rustic blue door of an old stone shed . This painting won the Patron’s Award at the 2026 Spring Dixie Watercolor Society along with the People’s Choice Award.
