My original painting “Cliffs of Zion” was presented to donors Dr. Denis and Diane Lyman at a special reception at Dixie State University yesterday. I was present to unveil the painting and talk about my work during the event. The painting was purchased by the University as a gift to honor the Lymans’ for their $1 million contribution towards a new geology program and regional center, which will be housed on the top floor of the $58 million Science, Engineering & Technology building set to break ground in the fall.
