Thanks to Darci Hansen of Etched magazine for the wonderful article in the July 2019 issue called “Right Where I Want to Be” by Lyman Hafen. It spotlights my one-man show at Sears Art Museum featuring a retrospective of my paintings from 1979 through 2019. The article also included some photos of my wife, Nellie, and I in our younger years as we started our lives together in Utah where we discovered the wonders of Zion National Park. They also used my painting”Falls at Emerald Pools” on the Contents page and a full page black and white photo of me sketching in Zion Canyon shot by my good friend, Gene Butera, who just passed away.

“Falls at Emerald Pools” painting by Roland Lee was used on the contents page of Etched Magazine.
