I enjoy inviting a few good artists into my studio each month for what we call a “Master Class.” It is called that because we explore upper-level techniques for creating solid watercolor paintings that are both creative and competent. I think we enjoy the friendly idea-sharing even more than the painting, but that’s good too. Participants in this class were Karen Bettilyon, Mark Rose, Connie Madsen, and Shari Cannon. All are experienced artists and award-winners.
