The Knuckles – Snow Canyon

I painted this scene as a live demonstration during a plein air painting workshop in Snow Canyon State Park. Part of the workshop was videotaped for a future documentary. I used a reference photo from this workshop to do the painting you see here, which was filmed in the studio for a series of instructional DVD’s.
