Description
This is the lovely country place owned by the Hartley family near Sedbergh England. They have been kind enough to let my wife and I stay there on several occasions and I have done much painting in the fells and dales surrounding it. I especially love their old stone barn, which has since been restored to be used as a B&B and artist’s space. The painting was purchased by Ruskin and Ashley Hartley and given as a wedding gift to Elliot and Michelle Hartley.
