Life on the Edge – Cedar Breaks
Watercolor Painting of Cedar Breaks National Monument
About this Item
Cedar Breaks’ colorful hoodoos are every bit as striking as Bryce Canyon, but on a smaller scale. Bristlecone Pines, and other evergreens live precariously on the edge, battered by the winds. In July the wildflowers come out in wild abundance throughout the surrounding meadows, but also on the cliff edges as well. A spectacular site.
