I have enjoyed visiting the Maynard Dixon’s home at Mt. Carmel UT for “Maynard Dixon Country” and have held several plein air workshops there. We were fortunate to sleep in this home and enjoy the peace that seems to hang over the place. This is the front doorway to Maynard Dixon’s home. I painted this for the “Art on the Highway – Hwy 89” show which will tour Utah starting in May 2023. Sold by Maynard Dixon Legacy Gallery.
