Description
One of my favorite hikes in Zion is to follow the river on foot from the Temple of Sinawava down canyon. With sketchbook and camera in hand, I can take all the time I want to smell the air, listen to the birds, and study the cliffs as I follow the meandering river. This painting is a study of the cliffs in afternoon on one such hike.
