I was fortunate to see the great watercolorist Cindy Baron demonstrate her unique and creative style at the Bella Muse Gallery in Ogden UT over the weekend. Cindy uses a unique style of splattering the paint on the paper and allowing the pigments to mingle freely without brushstrokes. Oh yes, she uses brushstrokes, but not til the very end. The results are stunning. I was pleased to be able to buy one of her demo pieces, which she will finish later and send to me.
