I was surprised at the Mighty Five Zion Park Reception to see so many wonderful paintings of Zion Park. There were contemporary paintings next to paintings from both private collections and the Sears Museum permanent collection. The floor was packed with guests perusing the wonderful presentation of art, past and present including such masters as Maynard Dixon, Wallace Lee and Robert Shepherd. The show runs through December.
