What an awesome week of learning and sharing at Midway Utah. Located in the beautiful Heber Valley overlooked by Mt. Timpanogos, the rendezvous and retreat paired 100 artist participants with about 20 faculty members from the prestigious Plein Air Painters of Utah for four days of seminars, painting demonstrations, outdoor painting, and coaching from some of Utah’s best plein air artists. I was fortunate to be among the faculty members and presenters. At the conclusion of the event, a wonderful painting exhibit and sale was held at the Midway Town Hall. The vent was a cooperative effort between the Midway Art Association and the Plein Air Painters of Utah.
