The Springville Art Museum in Springville, Utah is one of the finest museums in the state. Each year they host several shows including an annual Spring Salon. I have been fortunate to have my paintings chosen for exhibit at the museum on several occasions. One of my paintings “Wild and Free” is in their permanent collection.
My painting “Red Mountain Morning Light” was juried into the Utah Watercolor Society Two-Star Show which opened Saturday at the Springville Museum of Art. The show ran Sept 13 through October 16, 2008 and included the best work from Signature and Two-Star members of the Utah Watercolor Society.
I was fortunate to have one of my landscape watercolor paintings “Cliffs on Fire” juried into the prestigious 84th annual Spring Salon of the Springville Museum of Art. With over 900 entries, I’m happy to have a painting selected this year. We were able to walk through the exhibit and I was impressed with both the quality of art and the presentation.
Roland Lee’s painting “Reflections of Solitude” depicting the amazing reflections in the water of Lake Powell was juried into the 2011 87th Spring Salon of the Springville Museum of Art
