Drawing is fundamental to all art. This class focuses on the most important elements in drawing, which are also the keys to making successful paintings. We will learn to see the effects of light and shadow to create mass and form. Roland will teach a techniques he uses in his travel sketchbooks which allow him to complete amazingly believable drawings in just minutes on location. You will also learn how to use value studies to plan paintings. This is a great foundation class for painters in all mediums.
