Watercolor artist Roland Lee will make a special presentation at the Monday, September 18, 2017 meeting of the Southern Utah Watercolor Society in Cedar City. Lee will give a slide presentation and discuss his methods of developing finished studio paintings from on-location sketchbook studies. The meeting will begin at 7:00p.m. at the Cedar City Public Library.
