Winter and Spring are my favorite times in Zion National Park. Sudden changes in the wether can bring on some of the most spectacular sights. Often after a rainstorm, hundreds of small waterfalls will develop on the towering cliffs and the moistened surfaces of the stone will shimmer and glow. Selected for Paint America’s Paint the Parks Top 50 Mini Competition which toured America for two years. While on display at the Grand Canyon, it was purchased by a couple visiting from Germany.
