Nature’s Sculpture – Giclee Print 22 x 36
Giclee From original watercolor of Kolob Section Zion National Park
About this Item
Returning from the “Footsteps of Thomas Moran” invitational paint out, I was overcome with the massiveness of Zion’s huge rock walls. Their scale is almost beyond comprehension. This is one of the largest watercolors I’ve painted. I wanted it to be big and “in your face.” It is a deliberate attempt to capture the sheer magnitude of those cliffs. The scene is along Taylor Creek in the Kolob Canyons section of Zion National Park.
“Nature’s Sculpture” is reproduced from an original watercolor painting by Roland Lee. Using today’s latest Giclee printing technology, each print is individually created using archival inks on acid-free archival paper. Giclee prints have a projected life span of over 80 years when kept from direct sunlight and should provide enjoyment for generations. Each image is individually printed on order, then hand-inspected, signed and numbered by the artist. Because of this care, we need about two weeks from the time you place your order until we can ship the artwork. For protection during shipping, all prints are sent rolled in a sturdy mailing tube.
