Description
The Altar of Sacrifice can be seen from the Human History Museum in Zion Canyon. It was so named because of its flat top and the blood-red streaks running down its sides. In my meetings as a board member of the Zion Natural History Association I stare at this scene from the board room with its wall of windows. It makes sitting through a three-hour meeting a lot more fun.
