Description
This painting features a small corner of the large and stately Muckross House in Killarney Ireland. I attempted to capture the very wet feeling often experienced there by focusing on the grand skies pouring their moisture down from above. This painting began as a demonstration to a watercolor workshop on the technique of painting wet on wet skies.
