Description
Big Bend is the spot where the Virgin River winds around the Organ, at the base of Angel’s Landing and runs past the base of The Great White Throne. It’s a regular stop on the Shuttle run, but few people spend much time there. I love walk along the river when the afternoon sun streaks over the Organ, and throws a big shadow across the valley floor. This painting represents one of those times.
