Adare Manor – Giclee Print
Giclee print from original watercolor painting of Adare Manor in Ireland
About this Item
Stepping on the grounds of Adare Manor is like stepping back in time. Manicured grounds and lovely rose gardens surround a huge and stately manor house which has been converted into a most elegant and grand hotel. We had the fortune to stay here while in Ireland and wished we could have stayed forever. This view is from across the river on the edge of the golf course. The old Cedar tree in front of the manor is said to be he widest and probably oldest in Ireland. The Swans are not from my imagination. They actually cruised quietly into my scene as I was sketching, as if on cue. This image is available as a limited edition giclee print as well. “Adare manor” is reproduced from an original watercolor painting by Roland Lee. Using today’s latest Giclee printing technology, each print is individually created with archival inks on archival paper. Even though all pigment fades in time, Giclee prints have a projected life span of 80 years when kept from direct sunlight. The Giclees are released in an extremely limited edition of just 50 prints. Each image is individually printed on order, then hand-inspected and signed by the artist. Because of this care, we need about two weeks from the time you place your order until we can ship the artwork.
