Warwick Castle has been restored to almost a Disneyland. Knights and ladies roam the premises, while jousting matches and jesters entertain. On the backside of the castle is an old mill where I found this pastoral scene of an aging stone arch over a quiet river. I sketched it on the spot and had to paint it.
