The Old Gardeners Club Painting

Painting of the Old Gardeners Club in St. George Utah

About this Item

This building is still standing in Ancestor Square, in downtown St. George, Utah. In early pioneer days it was used as a meeting place for those interested in horticulture. Because of its public nature it was one of the few buildings that could be used for other community functions as well. It was even used for dances, although it was so small they had to take turns on the dance floor.
