St. George Opera House – Litho Print

Limited edition print of the Old Social Hall in St. George, Utah

About this Item

One of the first public buildings built in St. George Utah in pioneer times was the old “Social Hall” which was also called the “Opera House.” A unique feature of the building was a movable floor which could be inclined towards the stage for better viewing of plays, and could be leveled for dances. The building has been restored through community efforts and is now again the home to community activities including plays and concerts. This is a litho print on heavyweight paper stock.
